A Warehouse Inventory Associate has the responsibility of matching physical quantities against BOM/Pick Tickets and ensuring inventory records (bin locations & counts) match the warehouse physical inventories.

· Physically confirms the receipt of inventories, confirming the quantity and quality of inventories against their individual specifications.

· Ensures inventory is properly offloaded and inspected for obvious visible damages or loss (e.g. bad quality shipping boxes/containers, holes in the container, destroyed outer packing, etc.), in accordance with the shipping documents (waybills, container seal number, container number, date recorded, etc.), received, and/or rejected, stacked away and stored.

· Ensures inventory records are timely updated, and the required documentation is sent to the W&I Supervisor for the updating of inventory within P21 in “real time.”

· Verifies quantities, line numbers and other pertinent information, on packing slips, are properly reflected and updated within P21.

· Assists in the storage, control, movement, and receiving/issuing of inventory to include the relevant filing of applicable documents.

· Performs inventory daily cycle counts and daily bin audits as per warehouse and inventory supervisors’ direction.

· Reports any/all discrepancies/ inconsistencies of inventory to include, but no limited to, too much inventory, too little inventory, improper storage of inventory, improper location of inventory, etc.

· Assists the W&I Supervisor in creating and implementing loss prevention programs to prevent inventory inconsistencies, to include, but not limited to theft and/or unauthorized access.

· Ensures all part numbers and serial numbers are verified and reflected against P21.

· Performs various clean-up and housekeeping activities.

· Promotes positive forward thinking amongst his/her peers within the company.
